Custom Designs and One-of-a-Kind Pieces
About the Artist
Betsy Delaney has been designing jewelry and floral hair accessories since 1987. A Master-level costumer at events such as Costume-Con, she graduated in 1985 from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in Scenic Design for Technical Theatre.
Since then, Betsy's costumes have been seen on both the east and west coasts of the U.S. Her interests in costume and jewelry design go much further back. Her pieces have been available for the last ten years at art shows, in Science Fiction convention dealer rooms, or by special order.
Regarding custom designs, Betsy prefers to meet with each client, get to know what the needs are for the piece to be worn, and work with the understanding that each piece will be unique.
