Now that we've got that part out of the way:

Some of the things I've heard so far: A visit to the Poe museum, tea, the Spy Museum Gettysburg. I'm certain there are people who would like to visit the Smithsonian (at least a week's worth of stuff to do there), there are art museums in Baltimore and DC, the Textile Museum, and more.

Note: Leading the group might be as simple as getting the gathering instructions to me for posting and then meeting up with your group to get them where to go. The hotel does not have a shuttle, so wherever folks wind up will require either public transportation (light rail is close by) or driving. It's my hope we'll find enough people who can drive so that taxis or other paid sources of transportation won't be necessary.
