As usual, life is never dull in the Delaney household:

• It's official! O²B² has produced our first play, Six Characters in Search of an Author (in September). Check out the details at OutOftheBlackBox Theatre Company's web site (http://www.OutOftheBlackBox.org/).

• It's official. We've joined thousands of other parents and are now part of the public education machine! Erin started Kindergarten in September.

• LiveJournal: Okay. It's all the rage, and yet...so inviting... We're both there, but you have to ask us where. Feel free!

• In June, 2005, Betsy's company (WebInvent.com, Inc.), finally closed for good. While it was a good six year run, we just weren't doing enough business to justify the expenses.

• Dan's Job: Newsflash - at the beginning of this year, Dan moved to a new job, much closer to home. You can now find him in the vicinity of Ft. Meade.

• Erin's Page has photos through 12/31/2001. It took a long time to get them together, and there will be more to come, but this is all we can do for now!

• Katie's Page has photos and a description of her entry into the family - more will be coming soon, but it's a start!

• Our Wish Lists: It isn't precisely like we need more stuff around here, but if you're really feeling compelled to pick something up for us, we're working on replacing our VHS video collection with DVDs. Check out our brand new Video Library for a complete list of titles we own.
  
  We'll be doing the same for cassettes and LPs, too, but we haven't got a comprehensive list of what we already own yet.
  
  

  • Step 1. Visit our Amazon.com wishlists (one for each of us, except Katie - see Betsy's Baby Registry for that list!):
    • Betsy's Registry is more a listing of what we need to replace in our video library, combined with a small selection of music and books that would be nice to have in our library. Don't be intimidated by the volume of the list - we have a lot of titles to replace!
    • Erin's Registry is a combination of Toys-R-Us and books, but you'll probably find it cheaper buying elsewhere.
    • Dan's Registry is a list of recommendations he's received from other people, combined with some stuff he thought might be good on its own merits.
  • Step 2. Then, look for the titles anywhere except Amazon.com, since they're certain to be more expensive than just about anywhere else we've looked.
